Description

Trachea (Moo Tube) treats are hollow chews made from the windpipe of a cow. Their shape allows them to be filled with a variety of other products, such as your dogs regular food, making them even longer lasting. The cartilage that lines the outside of the trachea is rich in glucosamine and chondroitin.

Approx. 50g per portion.

Ingredients: 100% Beef

Composition: Crude protein (min) 49.0%, Crude fat (min) 21.0%, Crude fibre (max) 6.0%, Moisture (max) 5.0%

Feeding Guide: Our treats are complimentary and intended to be fed in moderation alongside a healthy balanced diet. We recommend that you feed your pup on a non-stainable surface under supervision, always ensuring they have access to fresh water. We do not recommend our products for puppies under the age of 4 months. Never leave your dog unattended with any edible object.

Despatch:

We aim to despatch your order within 2-3 working days after you checkout when stocks allow. Orders received after 3pm on a Friday will be despatched from the next working day. Where your order falls on a weekend or bank holiday we will despatch your order on the first working day after your order has been placed.

Important Delivery Notice:

All standard P&P is tracked via a number provided in your despatch email. Standard P&P on orders is £3.95.

You will be notified when your parcel has been dispatched and you will receive your tracking information on your confirmation email. Please note that this delivery timeframe is an aim and may sometimes takes longer depending on the couriers workload.

Please note: We do everything we can to get your parcel to you within the above timeframe, once the courier has your parcel however there may be circumstances which cause delay to your parcel such as vehicle breakdowns or other issues. Please always refer to your tracking information before contacting us.

Off-shore Shipping:

We have amended the way we serve customers in Northern Ireland, Ireland and the Channel Islands. Due to increasing costs to ship here we have simplified the options available. We can now only offer a Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 Service and this is the only option available to customers off the mainland. We do apologise for this sincerely and we hope this will not cause any inconvenience. 

Worldwide Delivery:

We are very sorry but at this stage we can only offer our products to customers in the United Kingdom.

Packaging:

Mostly our parcels will be small parcels but won’t fit through the letter box, in the event that you’re not home when the postman delivers your goods then they will either leave a calling card or leave the product in a safe place. Any problems please email us at treats@hugoandtedltd.com.

Please note: There may be occasions when outside of our control parcels don't arrive. This may be down to the workload of the delivery companies. Please let us know if this occurs at your earliest convenience so that we can track your parcel down ASAP.
