Description

Treat your dog to a mystery snuffle mat made from our fleece off-cuts, they’re tied to rubber mats which are durable, long lasting and if you need to refill your mat at any time, send us a message and we will send off-cut replacements to you.

Ideal for slow feeding, scatter your dogs treats or dinner inside the mat as a long lasting treat or enrichment game.

Product information:
- Two sizes:
Standard: approximately 30 by 20cm
Large: approximately 30 by 40 cm
- 100% fleece off-cuts tied tightly around the holes in the durable rubber mat

*We recommend snuffle mats are used at your own discretion. Dogs should always be supervised when using any of our products, snuffle mats should not be chewed or ingested. Hugo and Ted will not be liable if any product is damaged, ingested or chewed and owners should check products regularly for signs of wear and tear.

Shipping and Delivery

Despatch:

We aim to despatch your order within 2-3 working days after you checkout when stocks allow. Orders received after 3pm on a Friday will be despatched from the next working day. Where your order falls on a weekend or bank holiday we will despatch your order on the first working day after your order has been placed.

Important Delivery Notice:

All standard P&P is tracked via a number provided in your despatch email. Standard P&P on orders is £3.95.

You will be notified when your parcel has been dispatched and you will receive your tracking information on your confirmation email. Please note that this delivery timeframe is an aim and may sometimes takes longer depending on the couriers workload.

Please note: We do everything we can to get your parcel to you within the above timeframe, once the courier has your parcel however there may be circumstances which cause delay to your parcel such as vehicle breakdowns or other issues. Please always refer to your tracking information before contacting us.

Off-shore Shipping:

We have amended the way we serve customers in Northern Ireland, Ireland and the Channel Islands. Due to increasing costs to ship here we have simplified the options available. We can now only offer a Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 Service and this is the only option available to customers off the mainland. We do apologise for this sincerely and we hope this will not cause any inconvenience. 

Worldwide Delivery:

We are very sorry but at this stage we can only offer our products to customers in the United Kingdom.

Packaging:

Mostly our parcels will be small parcels but won’t fit through the letter box, in the event that you’re not home when the postman delivers your goods then they will either leave a calling card or leave the product in a safe place. Any problems please email us at treats@hugoandtedltd.com.

Please note: There may be occasions when outside of our control parcels don't arrive. This may be down to the workload of the delivery companies. Please let us know if this occurs at your earliest convenience so that we can track your parcel down ASAP.
